"If you wait on luck to turn up, life becomes very boring." - Mikhal Tal
I am a web developer, artist, and designer. I have worked primarily on building websites with the purpose of acting as an archival space for art and historical information.
I am the founder of an artistic organization entitled Laureate. The organization was founded to give artists a place to express themselves and share their work with likeminded individuals in a open and accepting space. Under my leadership, we hosted a series of open mics and concerts and attracted a rather large following in the small town of Yellow Springs, OH. The website I designed for my organization functioned as my senior project; it was on display in the Herndon Gallery on Antioch's Campus along side the senior projects of my graduating class.
I studied Visual Digital Computerized Arts at Antioch College, which is a major that seeks to unify the visual arts with programming and web development technologies. I have taught online courses going over the basics of web design where I went over HTML, CSS, & Javascript with the information I have learned both in school and during my free time.
I've done extensive work with the archival organization AFAAB (Ant Farm Antioch Art Building) to build a website that was structured around a building on Antioch College's campus that is registered as a historic landmark as of 2022. The website acts as an educational tool to teach the history of the building and the group of roaming artists and arcitects that created it.
